Abstract
This paper combs the mechanism of the combination of industry and finance from theoretical level. Drawing the practice of integration of industry and finance of commercial bank in foreign countries
the mode of integration of industry and finance in China should be the host banking system. Government should liberalize the restrictions that bank invests in entity
and provides a good policy environment for industrial integration. Government should also expand the breadth and depth of capital markets and promote the integration of financial and technological industries.
