Abstract
To improve the quality and quantity of language education
more and more technologies began to be used in and out cassom. This essay is going to focus on a new approach
CALL(Computer-Assisted Language Learning)
used in Chinese EFLcontext on the basis of four main aspects: firstly
it will summarize what CALL is andits advantages and disadvantages; then the current use of CALL in China would be introduced; next
it will also point out the challenges of popularization of CALL in China; finally some acceptable implications would like to be proposed.
