In order to know international students’impressions of China and their willingness of working in China as well as the corresponding factors

this research conducted a survey among 220 international students studying in the universities in Guangzhou

with 10 factors including personal reasons like Chinese proficiency and social factors being the independent variables and adopting multiple linear regression analysis to find out the contributory factors. The results show that there is a significant correlation (P<0.01) between international students’willingness of working in China and their acculturation to China

transport and family‘s expectations of their employment back home. Consequently

we draw the following conclusions: the state should help international students enhance their understanding of Chinese culture; universities should provide career guidance and service for international students; The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security should further disseminate the policies of attracting international talents; and the Ministry of Public Security should clarify the procedures of application for work visas.
