摘要

Abstract

China's consumer goods market is experiencing strategic transformation from"quantity pursuit"to "high-quality development"after having grown nothing. The realization of this transformation relies heavily on improving the innovation capability of China's light industry enterprises as well as attaching importance to the role of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in the form of patents. Regarded as the centerpiece and powerhouse in enterprise transformation and advancement

IPRs not only functions as unavoidable elements for light industry to move from the low- to middle- and high-end

but also as golden keys to light industry transformation.Based on the current status of innovation-driven development and the analysis of existing problems and factors in the development of China's light industry

this paper proposes several IPR paths to boost the transformation and advancement of China's light industry from the aspects of the formulation of IPR strategy

the analysis of industrial patent layout

the implementation and navigation of enterprise IPR

the cultivation of high-value patents

and the construction of IPR protection system. This study provides practical suggestions to the transformation and advancement of China's light industry.
