摘要

Abstract

The party’s “Nineteenth National Congress” report clearly stated that it is necessary to “achieve the intensional development of higher education”. The ETIC is just a natural trend. Its full name is “English Test for International Communication”. The Chinese Foreign Language Evaluation Center of Beijing Foreign Studies University launched the Workplace English Communication Ability Certification Examination System in 2016. Its concept definition

task design and scoring method closely follow the “Belt and Road” talent training strategy

forming a chain of talent cultivation. Zhengzhou University of Science and Technology takes the national examination as the entry point

relies on the demands of foreign language talents in the market

and uses the fusion of language ability and business ability as the teaching content. Under the concept of “emergency engineering”

it has opened a multi-disciplinary cross-integration. The new liberal “paradigm teaching reform” further explores the reform of foreign language teaching in some engineering colleges and the new path of foreign language education and enterprise deep integration and coordinated development.
