Abstract
In the process of college English teaching practice
the practice of formative assessment principle is particularly critical. Teachers need to adhere to the guiding role and value of this principle
focus on the practical conditions of formative assessment activities
and promote the smooth development of teaching practice activities. As an important manifestation of college English teachers’ core professional skills
the development of formative assessment activities and the final conclusions will directly affect the teaching quality and efficiency. In order to ensure that every teacher can grasp the specific operational requirements of formative assessment activities in the process of teaching practice
schools must increase the guidance and education of teachers
in view of the essential conditions of college English classroom teaching
