The legalization of morality has always been a hot topic of research. How to integrate morality and law correctly has been continuously practiced by all countries in the world. Taking China as an example

this paper probes into the essence of morality and law

and draws a conclusion many dimensions of non-legalized morality can not be legalized: morality with higher requirements

morality without guaranteeing individual rights

and morality with reasonable and illegal nature

with the intention of enlightening the moral construction and legal system construction in the new period of China.
