Developing innovation and entrepreneurship education is the historical mission entrusted to colleges and universities by times under the new situation. At present

there are still some practical problems in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education

such as the lack of clear value guidance in educational concept

the lack of clear top-level design in educational mode

and the lack of sufficient backbone drive in educational subject

which fully shows the necessity of strengthening the leadership of Party construction. This thesis analyses the inherent mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education led by Party construction

and holds that it is not only an inevitable requirement for strengthening the Party’s overall leadership

but also an inevitable choice for the deep integration and twoway promotion of the Party construction work and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Only by constructing a complete closed-loop mechanism of “five in one” for planning

mobilization

implementation

guarantee and evaluation

can the Party’s construction lead the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from “should be” to “be”.
