Abstract
The customer’s feeling and evaluation of the services provided by thehomestay hotel is a comprehensive psychological reflection process
which is the result of the interaction of subjective and objective factors
which greatly affects the customer’s satisfaction and loyalty to the homestay hotel. This paper draws on the rich achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of customer experience research
and fully combines the characteristics of the hotel industry to propose a research model. The multiple regression analysis method is used to verify the factors that affect customers’ emotional and social experience. At last
based on the results of the data analysis
the final research conclusions and related recommendations are drawn.
