Shanghai Cultural and Arts Delegation made a tour to Western Africa

a follow-up action of the China-Africa Cultural Ministers Forum. During the tour

the 27-artists delegation presented six performances in Togo

Cape Verde and Senegal

showcasing China unique performing arts to Western African audiences.
