摘要

Abstract

As the main cultural management subject

cultural enterprises play a vital role in promoting the cultural industry system and the modernization of the cultural market system.At present

the existing ways to promote enterprise modernization mainly include: first

the establishment of a modern enterprise system; second

the implementation of the shareholding system and the modern property rights system; and third

the reform of the state-owned cultural asset management system.This paper analyzes these three approaches in order to grasp the trend of Chinese cultural enterprise reform and find out the problems in the reform.
