摘要
Abstract
Although farmers do not own the ownership of farmland in China
the status of agricultural land to the traditional farmers is irreplaceable
for it is the factor of production and the last guarantee for survival of the peasants. From the way of circulation
subcontracting is the main form of cultivated land transfer. In this way
farmland has been continuously concentrated to farmers who good at cultivate
and the proportion of households with moderate scale has increased significantly. This is fully in line with the 野Schultz hypothesis冶
that is
the principle of efficiency priority. From the perspective of the process of rural land transfer
although the government strongly supports it
it is still a distance from the real rural land transfer market
which is affected by the small scale of cultivated land and the low level of economic development. From the inter village perspective
there are obvious regional differences between the rural households in terms of their scale
structure and quality
and the frequency and intensity of their circulation. This is influenced by geographical location and historical reasons.
