摘要
Abstract
The consumer welfare brought about by import trade liberalization de- pends on the price and quality of commodities. Import trade liberalization promotes consumer welfare effects
and it has a greater impact in the east and in the south. The welfare effects of daily necessities are more significant than those of food and clothing. The welfare effects increase with age. The increase of income may lead to diminishing marginal welfare effects. Under the background of trade liberalization
we should actively cope with the slowdown of global economy and trade friction to promote high-quality development
and the upgrading of industrial structure; We should promote regional balanced development
and place extra emphasis on the connection between the northern
central and western China and the international market. We should strengthen intellectual property protection; We should improve the welfare effects of food and clothing
and vigorously develop the silver econo- my; We should diversify imports
and reduce or exempt taxes and fees related to the logistics industry reasonably.
