Abstract
Since the 1990s
the competition between countries has become more and more fierce
and all countries are committed to improving their comprehensive national strength. Many countries have realized that the success or failure of education is directly related to the rise and fall of the country. In this international environment
the academic circles of various countries have begun to study the evaluation methods of preschool education quality from different perspectives
and there have emerged cultural evaluation types represented by universal theory and relativity theory. This paper will summarize and analyze the above two evaluation methods
and seek specific measures to improve the quality of preschool education evaluation system.
