摘要

Abstract

Motivation is an effective method of classroom teaching. No matter what grade students are in

they all need motivation. Based on different individual needs

motivation should be practical and contemporary

and requires innovation. With the development of The Times

the particularity of college students requires teachers to motivate them differently according to their different purposes of learning. However

in the actual teaching process

the effect of motivation often falls flat. This paper analyzes and discusses the motivation measures in college English classroom based on the hierarchy of needs theory.
