University-enterprise cooperation is an important way to train talents for hotel management major in colleges and universities. Through investigation

we found that there is still a big gap between the existing university-enterprise cooperation mode and the ideal one which pursues “deep integration of universities and enterprises

seamless docking of talent training”. Specifically

hotel management graduates can’t meet the hotel industry’s demand for high-quality talents; hotel enterprises do not pay enough attention to interns

resulting in inadequate willingness to retain interns

unable to attract professional reserve talents. In view of this situation

this paper puts forward the idea of accurate cooperation between university and enterprise

and explores the teaching reform accordingly

hoping to provide reference for the teaching reform ofhotel management major in colleges and universities.
