摘要
Abstract
In the essay
the author proposes a hybrid whole-process teaching management and control concept
“preparation-teaching-exercises-after class mentoring and discussion-flipping classroom”
through introduction of the innovative model
out of online teaching relying on information technology and internet technology. That makes it possible to realise progress in some aspects
such as change of examining method from examining-paper assessment to more objective examination throughout whole-process of course implementation
change of teaching mode from traditional single direction teaching as “duck-stuffing”
dominated by teachers
to innovative teaching model focusing on active learning of students and exploring study and cultivation of study methods. In addition
the author also dedicated exploration of hybrid teaching model for seamless connection between online and offline study
to figure out some solutions for the problems caused by pure online study
including low rate of studying completion and less interaction. It is true that the deep communication and interaction could help students to construct knowledge frame and applicate it effectively.
