摘要

Abstract

Post practice is the last important practical teaching task in higher vocational colleges

through which students can make full contact with the society and easily complete the transition process from school to society. During the internship period of students in higher vocational colleges

reasonable management and communication of students can protect students’ personal rights and interests

at the same time

inspect and test their own teaching results. There are always some drawbacks in the management of students during the traditional internship. How to combine the actual situation of students and bring the management of students in line with their personal needs is the main research topic of higher vocational colleges at this stage.
