摘要

Abstract

The reform of the separation of the three powers of rural land provides a more convenient policy and institutional environment for land transfer

and solves the worries of losing farmers’ land contracting rights to a certain extent. This study provides a reference for the rational transfer of land and reasonable determination of rural land transfer price by constructing a rural land management right transfer pricing mechanism. The optimistic coefficient method

namely the Hurwicz criterion and the AHP analytic hierarchy process

are used to determine the land circulation price range to improve the market circulation mechanism of land management rights by standardizing the transfer price of land management rights

promoting the orderly circulation of rural land.
