Abstract

From the perspective of public culture

this paper attempts to explore the influence of public culture on the educational reform by taking the phenomenon of cultural conflict manifested in the educational reform ac- tivities as an example. Through the empirical findings

the public on the current education reform activities showed not only promote and hinder the "allergic support" status of the cultural conflict phenomenon can borrow the economics of the "tunnel effect" theory to explain. The imbalance of education leads to the psychological im- balance of the public

which breeds the conflict of public culture. To solve this problem

we must start from the external whole social environment

and use the method of "distributary" and "equal rights" to establish a balance mechanism of cultural ecology.
