摘要

Abstract

Based on the system theories such as dissipative structure theory，synergetics and catastrophe theory，the evolutionary mechanism and the regulative measure on eco－city sys- tem were discussed ． The main conclusions were as follows: the evolutionary track of an eco － city system was a spiral upward procedure from a preliminary dissipation s y ste m t o a hi g h － g r ade dissipati o n s y ste m ． I n this p r o cedu r e ， the c o m petiti o n and c oo r dinati o n w e r e the m ain d r i v in g mechanism; the positive negative feedback law，the determination stochastic law，the variation stable law，and the g r adati o n sudden chan g e la w w e r e its inte r i o r e vo lu- ti o na r y m echanis m ． T h o se m echanis m s dete r m ined the ec o l og ical f lu x ， f uncti o n and spa- tial st r uctu r e c o nditi o n o f the ec o － cit y s y ste m ． T he r e f o r e ， in o r de r t o p r o m o te the sustain- able development of an eco － city system，the system ’sstructure & function should be regulat- ed from the aspects of p r o ducti o n ， ci r culati o n and c o nsu m e ．
