In the process of the continuous development of our society

there have been many environmental group events caused by the failure of the effective implementation of the right of public participation. Behind these events

there are many problems that the channels of public participation are restricted and hindered. Therefore

it is necessary to fully study the right of public participation in environmental risk decision-making

so that it can play a real role. In order to effectively implement the right of public participation

it is necessary to analyze and study the main problems existing in the current environmental risk decision-making

and take corresponding effective measures to improve and perfect the right of public participation in theory and system. This paper takes the right of public participation as the main researcrh object

and analyzes how to effectively implement this right in environmental risk decision-making.
