目的:通过荟萃分析评估在线干预在改善儿童、青少年和青年癌症幸存者心理健康的影响。方法:检索Pubmed,Web of Science,Medline,PMC,Embase以及中国知网(CNKI) 数据库,发表日期截至为2022年10月,筛选有关在线干预改善儿科、青少年和青年(CAYA)癌症幸存者心理健康方面的研究。检索词包括:研究对象

以及随机对照研究,。筛选文献并采用 Cochrane 5.1.0 偏倚风险评估工具评价纳入研究的方法学质量,采用 RevMan 5.3、Stata 14.0 软件对结局指标进行 Meta 分析。结果:最终纳入14项RCT研究,共946名CAYA癌症患者,在线干预下儿童及青少年癌症幸存患者抑郁评分指数较低,而对照组参与者更具有抑郁倾向,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。在焦虑情绪方面,与对照组儿童及青少年癌症幸存者相比,在线干预后的参与者焦虑评分较低,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。在疼痛、心理健康、睡眠以及忧虑评分方面,参与在线干预治疗的儿童及青少年癌症幸存患者均表现出评分降低的倾向,与对照组治疗后的儿童及青少年癌症幸存者相比,疼痛评分、心理健康评分、睡眠评分、忧虑评分均有所降低,但差异缺乏统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:在线干预下可以改善CAYA癌症幸存者的抑郁和焦虑情绪,具有明确的作用,但针对其远期效果仍需要进一步的远期随访研究综合评估。
