摘要

Abstract

With the continuous innovation of modern science and technology

the development level of sports training has been significantly improved. People are beginning to use smart wearable devices in a reasonable and standardized manner to achieve accurate acquisition and real-time monitoring and management of various data information during sports training

so as to take targeted measures to improve sports training. This paper will further analyze and explore the application of smart wearable devices in sports training

aiming to propose specific implementation strategies.
