摘要

Abstract

Large-scale scientific research instruments in universities have long been confronted with the predicament of "emphasizing procurement

neglecting management

and insufficient sharing." Information management represents a crucial approach to resolving this challenge. This paper examines the current state of information management for scientific instruments

analyzes existing issues such as the monotony of platform functionality

data silos

the absence of intelligent scheduling

and sub-optimal user experience

and elucidates the root causes from four dimensions: institutional frameworks

technological infrastructure

human resources

and evaluation mechanisms. Accordingly

this study puts forward countermeasures including the construction of a "Cloud-Edge-Device" intelligent management platform

the establishment of cross-institutional data interoperability mechanisms

the innovation of service models

and the improvement of internal governance systems.
