摘要

Abstract

With the development of wireless communication towards mmWare and Terahertz (THz) frequency bands

hardware impairments such as IQ imbalance nonlinear distortion become increasingly critical implementation challenges. In this paper

we presented deep learning algorithm based physical-layer receiver solution

with neural network in frequency-domain to efficiently compensate the IO imbalance in Single-carrier frequency-domain equalization (SC-FDE). It is evident from the BER results that deep learning algorithms (CNN and RNN) performs better than the state of art methods known as the Least Square method. In addition

the proposed neural networks are shown to be robust to the variant of parameter chances

which makes them appealing for practical implementation.
