摘要

Abstract

In the digital age

digital governance has become an important force to promote the modernization of national governance and the green transformation of enterprises. Using IPO model (a strategic planning and evaluation tool) and social technology system theory

this paper innovatively design a practical framework of enterprise digital transformation. This framework clearly points to the foundations of the transformation: data

technology

and talent. It explains how these elements interact and develop

driving the transformation process in changing markets. More importantly

this framework focuses on the actual results of the transformation

such as efficiency improvement

business model innovation

and enhanced market competitiveness. It provides a clear and easy transformation path for Chinese enterprises

and helps enterprises to move forward rapidly in the wave of digital and achieve leap development.
