摘要

Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive study on intelligent energy systems based on algorithm optimization and smart management strategies. With the increasing integration of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power

maintaining grid stability and optimizing system performance have become major challenges. This research proposes a unified framework that combines deep learning

reinforcement learning

and multi-objective optimization to improve load forecasting accuracy

microgrid scheduling efficiency

and multi-energy coordination. Experimental simulations based on MATLAB/Simulink validate the proposed model's effectiveness in reducing energy consumption by 15–20%

minimizing carbon emissions by at least 20%

and maintaining system voltage deviation within 5%. The results demonstrate the feasibility of integrating intelligent algorithms into practical energy management systems

supporting global carbon neutrality goals.
