摘要

Abstract

The integration of energy and transportation systems (IETS) is essential for low-carbon development. With the rapid growth of electric vehicles (EV)

charging infrastructure couples energy and traffic flows

introducing uncertainties but also enhancing flexibility. This paper reviews recent progress in IETS modeling and optimization

emphasizing coordinated scheduling

regulatory mechanisms

and multi-participant interaction. Game-theoretic models are highlighted for capturing competitive and cooperative behaviors among system operators

while carbon trading and price-based coordination are examined as effective tools for aligning incentives in system operating.
