Objective: to analyze the application effect of dysphagia evaluation form in community stroke patients. Methods: 80 patients with stroke treated in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were taken as the research object

and all patients were randomly divided into intervention group and reference group

with 40 patients in each group. Group B was given routine nursing care

and the intervention group was given the dysphagia evaluation form. The swallowing function score and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results: after nursing

the incidence of complications and the improvement of swallowing function score in the intervention group were higher than those in the reference group

with inter-group differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of dysphagia assessment form to the intervention of community stroke patients can improve their swallowing function and reduce the occurrence of complications

which is worth popularizing.
