The aim of this study was to systematically and comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in patients with recalcitrant heart failure. Through in-depth analysis of the changes in key parameters such as cardiac function indexes

quality of life

exercise tolerance

hospitalization rate

and mortality before and after CRT treatment

the specific therapeutic efficacy of CRT treatment in patients with recalcitrant heart failure was clarified. At the same time

the factors affecting the response to CRT therapy were explored

and the indicators that can effectively predict the response to CRT therapy were found

so as to provide a scientific basis for the accurate screening of patients suitable for CRT therapy

thus improving the response rate of CRT therapy and enabling more patients with refractory heart failure to benefit from it. In addition

the cost-effectiveness of CRT therapy was analyzed to provide reference for optimizing the CRT treatment plan and improving its clinical application value.
