Abstract

Because of the limited efficacy of conventional therapies

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a global health concern. A new therapeutic strategy

chimeric antigen receptor T-cells (CAR-T)

has demonstrated considerable potential in treating HCC. This paper reviews the structure and mechanism and clinical application of CAR-T cells to treat HCC

with a particular focus on experimental research targeting different antigens and the combination of CAR-T CAR-T and other therapies.
