摘要

Abstract

Leading or participating in standard setting can effectively stimulate the digital innovation thinking of enterprises and continuously strengthen their digital technology dynamic capabilities. Technology trading is an important mechanism for market-oriented allocation of digital innovation resources

which can enable enterprises to quickly acquire key core digital technologies. The internal relationship between standard setting and the integration of data and reality was systematically analyzed

and the regulatory mechanism of technology transactions was revealed. Using panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2021 as samples

a two-way fixed effects model was used for empirical testing. The study found that: (1) standard setting significantly promoted the integration of data and reality

and the leading role in standard setting had a stronger promoting effect than participating in standard setting

highlighting the institutional value of technology dominance; (2) The discovery that technology trading weakens the promotion effect of standard setting on the integration of quantity and reality provides new empirical evidence for the "technology lock-in effect"; (3) Further analysis shows that whether participating in or leading the development of standards

the impact of the integration of data and reality in inland areas is more significant than in coastal areas. The research conclusion provides important insights for understanding the complementarity and conflict between institutional rules and market mechanisms in the integration of data and reality.
