摘要

Abstract

Cold-chain logistics is different from traditional logistics process. It works under the uninterruptable temperature-controlled operation system. The operations management of cold-chain logistics plays a crucial role on the quality of service. This research takes a case study of CMAC to analyze the operations management of cold-chain logistics using the transformation process model

then evaluate its operations performance objectives. Effective performance measurements could help operating supervisors to test operation

identify the process gap

and make improvement to ensure they meet customer' satisfaction.
