摘要

Abstract

The impact of employee controllability is analyzed in this paper under the premise of technological development as a background. Using employee stress as a mediating variable

the conclusions are made more convincing by both citing the literature and analyzing the survey data. After conducting a series of analyses

it was concluded that employee stress affects employee controllability while being influenced by technological developments. The analysis of primary data then leads to the conclusion that employee stress is significantly and negatively affected by technological developments. Also

combining this finding with the discovery in this paper that employee stress negatively affects employee controllability

this paper thus allows for the conclusion that technology development negatively and significantly affects employee controllability.
