摘要

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the current slow global economic recovery

it has become fashionable to emphasize regional cooperation as a key driver of global economic development. The "Belt and Road" initiative is a different concept from previous ones

namely the Silk Road's spirit- "peace and cooperation

openness and tolerance

mutual learning and learning

and win-win

" which represents an alternative path for the advancement of economic globalization.
