摘要

Abstract

Taking the comprehensive land consolidation practices across Zhejiang Province as the research subject

this study analyzes their mechanisms for increasing grain production and their implementation effects. The research shows that to address the main issues of fragmented arable land and low utilization efficiency

Zhejiang Province has adopted systematic

all-factor comprehensive land consolidation measures

establishing three main mechanisms: quantity assurance

quality improvement

and efficiency enhancement. Specific measures include reclamation of abandoned farmland

integration of fragmented arable land

construction of high-standard farmland

and large-scale application of digital technologies

forming distinctive practice models in different regions such as plains

hills

and urban-rural fringe areas. However

current consolidation efforts still face difficulties such as insufficient funding and uneven regional distribution of technical application. Therefore

the study proposes strengthening policy coordination

innovating financing methods

and enhancing technological empowerment to consolidate and improve regional food security levels.
