To address the practical dilemmas of institutional disconnection and disjointed development paths in the low-altitude economy of Northwest China

this study integrates the dual perspectives of digital economy driving and three-dimensional linkage

constructs a multi-dimensional analytical framework

and explores the integrated development paths between the low-altitude economy and characteristic industries. Taking Northwest China as the research area

this study systematically analyzes the core enabling mechanisms of digital factors such as data

technology

platforms

and talents for the low-altitude economy. Based on the three-dimensional linkage logic of"industrial coordination–cluster development–business format integration"

it in-depth dissects the integration mechanisms and scenario innovation models between the low-altitude economy and local characteristic industries

including oil and gas

green mining

new energy

and distinctive agricultural products. By comprehensively analyzing the spatial agglomeration effect and industrial empowerment level of the low-altitude economy

the key bottlenecks restricting industrial collaborative integration are accurately identified. This study realizes the organic coupling of the vertical driving mechanism of the digital economy and the horizontal collaborative path of three-dimensional linkage

and proposes a high-quality development path for the low-altitude economy in Northwest China

which is based on digital factors

guided by the needs of characteristic industries

and framed by three-dimensional linkage. The research conclusions can provide theoretical basis and practical solutions for the institutional implementation and path optimization of low-altitude economy development in Northwest China

and offer decision-making references for constructing a regionally distinctive

synergistically efficient and sustainable industrial ecosystem of the low-altitude economy.
