摘要

Abstract

This study investigates Chengdu's new energy vehicle (NEV) consumers through questionnaire surveys and empirical analysis to identify key factors influencing purchase intentions. Focusing on three dimensions—individual characteristics

safety concerns and cost worries

as well as battery reliability and perceived technology—statistical analysis of 108 valid questionnaires was conducted using SPSS. Results revealed: age significantly affects purchase intention; safety concerns and cost worries show significant negative correlation (β=-0.295

p<0.05); battery reliability and perceived technology demonstrate positive correlations (β=0.086

p<0.05). The regression model demonstrated overall significance with 13.6% variance explained. The findings suggest that alleviating consumer anxiety about safety and long-term costs is crucial for market development. Recommendations include enhanced government oversight and information transparency

product innovation by manufacturers

and targeted marketing strategies for the core demographic aged 36-55 to boost competitiveness.
