摘要

Abstract

Current senior-friendly app design remains overly focused on functional adaptations like font enlargement

often neglecting users' dignity and emotional needs. This study examines platforms such as Alipay's Elderly Mode and WeChat's Care Mode

revealing a narrow focus on physiological adjustments at the expense of affective considerations.Critiquing the view of elderly users as mere problems to be solved

we propose integrating nostalgic type elements and narrative typography to foster emotional connection and rebuild dignity—shifting design from functional adaptation toward humanistic care.
