摘要

Abstract

In today's diverse society

conformity is often seen as an ideal state

involving uniformity in behavior

attitudes

and values among individuals

groups

and even the entire society. The increase in conformity can bring about many benefits

such as enhancing decision-making efficiency

strengthening social cohesion

and promoting cultural heritage. However

the formation of this conformity is not accidental but the result of the interplay of various factors. From social norms to cultural backgrounds

from group pressures to leadership

these factors influence the conformity behavior of individuals and groups to varying degrees. This article explores these key factors that lead to the increase in conformity and analyzes how they function in the professional field of social influence.
