Abstract

Yerba Mate is a plant beverage derived from South America

which is well known in European and American countries. It is relatively low in China. Through the investigation of the understanding of Shanghai citizens

this paper analyzes the popularity and recognition of the tea among Shanghai citizens

discusses the market potential of the tea products in Shanghai and even the whole country

and explores the better plan for the publicity and marketing of the tea products in China.
