摘要

Abstract

In the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy

it is clearly required that primary-level Party organizations in rural areas should follow the theme of “publicizing the Party’s propositions

implementing the Party’s decisions

leading community-level governance

rallying the masses

and promoting reform and development.” With purity and lead local custom civilization construction advanced political culture

with good quality the party member troop construction to promote rural prosperity

the harmonious relationship between excitation system of rural development power

in an efficient and powerful execution improve rural governance efficiency

the construction of powerful fighting forts

provide powerful country revitalization of political and organizational guarantee. The report of the 19th CPC National Congress puts forward the important proposition of “prominent political function”

which provides a new heading for the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations.
