摘要

Abstract

This paper addresses the challenges of nonlinearity

non-stationarity

and temperature drift in laser sensor temperature calibration systems. It proposes a laser sensor temperature calibration system based on digital signal processing technology. The system utilizes advanced digital signal processing techniques for accurate temperature signal acquisition. It combines the analog output of the temperature sensor with digital signal processing methods for effective temperature signal pre-processing. Additionally

the system employs the least squares method for precise nonlinear compensation. As a result

a reliable and accurate temperature calibration system is established.
