Abstract

Cloud-based flipped classroom is a new teaching model and an important trend of English teaching innovation in the big data era. Combining the disadvantages of traditional English reading teaching

combining the characteristics of English reading teaching

students’learning characteristics and the environment of the times

and using cloud-based classroom model

it is of great practical significance to innovate the practical mechanism of English reading teaching at present. By improving the preparation before class

optimizing the implementation in class and perfecting the review after class

a new “Student-centered”English reading teaching mechanism is constructed. This paper takes English reading teaching as the research object and puts forward a practical approach to English reading teaching under the cloud-based classroom model.
