摘要

Abstract

Although the market dominance of large platforms drives the innovation ability of the digital economy

it has also brought a lot of negative impacts on the society. The formation of data power of large platform enterprises is based on internal causes such as massive user data and the publicity of data products

as well as external causes such as the high cost of consumer screening products and the failure of traditional hard methods. Based on the above reasons

the data power of large platforms should be governed

but the supervision means should be optimized

and four combinations: soft and hard law

advance and after regulation

technology and law regulation

incentive and shock.
