Optimizing the business environment is integral to promoting the development of a market economy. Enterprises play a significant role in the economy
and it is essential to encourage and develop them to create a better business environment. This article discusses the development of China's enterprise compliance system from the corporate compliance system's perspective and makes relevant efforts to optimize the business environment. Currently
construction of China's enterprise compliance system is in its infancy
and relevant legislation is scarce. We need to explore what contents should be included in the enterprise compliance system and the applicable enterprise conditions to reach a satisfactory answer. Building the enterprise compliance system in the future is an essential proposition that needs to be urgently solved by exploring the uncharted territory to create a system suitable for China's national conditions. This paper mainly employs the literature research method and empirical analysis method and extensively searches for data on various authoritative academic platforms. It collects relevant data of legal cases related to enterprise compliance in recent years and analyzes them specifically to identify the detailed rules of the enterprise compliance system. For example
what types and standards should be applied to the enterprise compliance system and how to fill the gaps in its specific content. Taking the research background of the enterprise compliance system into account
this paper proposes specific applications of the enterprise compliance system
such as the importance of promoting it
the applicable objects of the system
and specific rules governing the relationship between enterprises and third-party institutions such as procuratorial organs.
