摘要

Abstract

China's rural sectors have long been mired in developmental predicaments characterized by highly homogenized industrial structures

substantial volumes of underutilized or idle resources

and stagnant growth in farmers' incomes. Amid the national pursuit of common prosperity

rural areas are in urgent need of profound transformation in their economic development paradigms. The new-type rural collective economy integrates core rural production factors

including land endowments

abundant labor supplies and distinctive natural resources. By adopting innovative operational strategies and broadening industrial boundaries

it engages in diversified sectors such as intensive processing of agricultural commodities and rural cultural-tourism industries

thereby laying a solid foundation for breaking the constraints of conventional rural development. From the perspective of common prosperity

this paper investigates viable development pathways for the new-type rural collective economy

with the objective of facilitating rural transition from traditional agriculture toward modernized and diversified economic development.
