Abstract

Public welfare foundations are non-profit social organizations. The provision of their services

the establishment of their credibility and the realization of their missions all rely on good operational efficiency. This paper selects operational efficiency indicators

takes cross-sectional data of 93 public welfare foundations

and uses factor analysis methods to study the operational efficiency evaluation of public welfare foundations. The empirical results show that the operational efficiency of charitable projects and the ability to obtain and use resources are the main factors affecting the operational efficiency of public welfare foundations. Relatively speaking

the operational efficiency of projects has a greater impact. The operational efficiency of public welfare foundations tends to be better when the operational efficiency of projects and the ability to obtain and use resources develop in a balanced way.
