摘要

Abstract

Using oral history methodology

this article systematically traces the fifteen-year evolution of NGO2.0 journey in practicing technological philanthropy. The study reveals that technological philanthropy in the Chinese context has undergone a three-stage evolutionary path: "critical transplantation - adaptive innovation - ecological development. "NGO2.0

starting from deconstructing the global paradigm of knowledge sharing and targeting the digital divide faced by local philanthropic organizations

creatively proposes the empowerment strategy of "borrowing boats to sail the sea." By constructing a trinity empowerment system of "training-tools-platform

" it systematically advances the digital transformation of philanthropic organizations

achieving breakthroughs in areas such as enhanced communication efficacy

innovation in fundraising models

and intelligent project management. Further research reveals that the collaborative innovation mechanism through which NGO2.0 facilitates technological philanthropy lies in: establishing a closed-loop system of "needs diagnosis - prototype development - solution implementation" through technological philanthropy marathons

and establishing a cross-sectoral resource matching platform. The study indicates that technological philanthropy is not merely a tool-based innovation but also a process of reconstructing the value of philanthropy and charity. Its development requires constructing a new digital philanthropy ecosystem that balances inclusivity and sustainability while maintaining the advantages of technological empowerment.
